Job Description

Your role is critical in ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and the successful completion of each flight. You have overall command and authority during flights, making crucial decisions, monitoring the aircraft systems, and adhering to aviation regulations and safety standards. 

You will report directly to our Chief Pilot and you’ll work out of our Phoenix location. In this role, you will impact the safety and comfort of our passengers and crew, ensuring that every flight is a safe and efficient journey. 

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and command the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner 

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies 

• Plan and execute flight operations, including pre-flight checks, route planning, and fuel management 

• Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans 

• Communicate effectively with air traffic control and other relevant parties

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
  • Minimum of 2000 hours of flight experience 
  • A minimum of 1000 flight hours of PIC in turbine powered aircraft
  • FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Ability to speak and understand the English Language to the proficiency level required by ICAO Annex 1
  • Ability to pass a company pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to pass a background investigation conducted by Honeywell’s Security Department
  •  Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures
  •  Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
