POSITION SUMMARY
The Aircraft Mechanic II (B) maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components. Under limited supervision services, repairs, and modifies aircraft airframe, engine, components and sub-systems, in accordance with company standards and applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations and predetermined company processes and procedures. Provides technical assistance to other Mechanics with less experience, as directed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Internet software, E-mail, Microsoft office and Management Information System for Aviation.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
This position requires a current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license.
