Position Summary:

Assist the pilot-in-command in the performance of piloting/navigating the corporate aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Works with company pilots, dispatcher and maintenance technicians.

Essential Functions:

- Assist in the pre-flight inspection of the aircraft, perform weight and balance and compute performance data for take-off.

- Assist in flight preparation to include the study of weather charts, navigation charts and approach plates.

- Fly the aircraft safely and efficiently with the assistance of available electronic flight displays to include EFIS, FMS systems and weather radar.

- Keep all manuals and charts current for the use on each aircraft.

- Maintain proficiency in his/her assigned aircraft through training materials and facilities provided for such use.

- Liaison with passengers to insure that they are provided with premier customer service.

- Clean and stock the aircraft with supplies for the trip.

- Other non-flying duties as assigned to assist the Flight Department.


- B.S. Degree with an Aeronautical focus required.

- FAA valid Airline Transport Pilot certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings required.

- At least 2 years of corporate aviation or equivalent flight experience.

- Total flight time of 2,000 hours as a pilot including 500 hours of multi-engine, 250 hours of turbine time.

- 1st Class Aviation Medical required.

- Valid US Passport required.

- FCC Restricted Radio Operator Certificate required.

- Familiarity with electronic flight displays and flight management systems required.

- Experience in a multi-crew environment and safety management system strongly preferred.

- Experience in Cessna Sovereign aircraft with type rating desired.

- Jet experience with a minimum of one type rating desired.
