CAE Oxford Aviation Academy is seeking Flight Instructors to join our team at Falcon Field Airport; located in sunny Mesa, AZ. Highly motivated Fixed-Wing instructors will provide flight instruction in accordance with Part 61 and 141 FAA regulations as well as CAE Oxford Aviation Academy training and safety standards. Essential Job Functions:

* Delivering high quality flight, simulator and ground instruction to students.

* Responsible for accurately maintaining student training records and student logbooks.

* Responsible for maintaining course standards, training requirements, and ensuring objectives are met.

* Promotes professional behavior and attitude; teaching by example is a very important responsibility for the Flight Instructor.

* Verifies that the aircraft is airworthy before operating and reports discrepancies to the responsible people.

* Promotes safe behavior at all times and actively embodies safety through consistent execution of the Safety Management System.

* Identifies and initiates improvements for practical instruction and Training Standards.

* Attends administrative, standardization, instructor development meetings.

* Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

* FAA CFI (CFII and MEI Preferred)

* 2nd Class Medical Privileges

* Right to work in the USA

* **(If not U.S. based be able to independently obtain FAA license conversion and work visa)

* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
