•Responsible for embracing KII safety culture and proactively
participating in related programs.
•Responsible for creating a hassle free customer travel experience
above and beyond the minimum requirements.

•Check aircraft prior to flights to ensure that the engines, controls,
instruments, and other systems are functioning properly.
•Start engines, operate controls, and pilot airplanes to transport
passengers according to flight plans, regulations, and procedures.
•Monitor engine operation, fuel consumption, and functioning of
aircraft systems during flights.
•Consider airport altitudes, outside temperatures, plane weights,
and wind speeds and directions to calculate the speed needed to
•Plan flights according to government and company regulations,
using aeronautical charts and navigation instruments.
•Check baggage or cargo to ensure that it has been loaded
•A least of 1,500 hours of flight time is required.
•At least 300 hours of flight in a multi-engine turbine aircraft.
•Must be capable of passing and maintaining an FAA First Class
•Must be capable of attaining an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating
within one year of employment
•Must be capable of obtaining a Lear 45 type rating within one year
•Promote and abide by all flight safety standards
•Must possess strong customer service skills
•3,000 TT, 1,500hr PIC in multi-engine aircraft with 300hr in multi-
engine turbine aircraft.

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Successful completion of a pilot license.
•Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited University.
