POSITION: Webmaster, Maintenance Technical Publications (DFW)
DESCRIPTION:
The Maintenance Technical Publications Webmaster is
responsible for implementation and continuous
development of the company’s intranet web sites including
Sharepoint and Jetnet.  Provides standards and
recommendations for design and navigation, day to day
site maintenance and quality control.  Acts as Sharepoint
Administrator ensuring user accessibility to the website.  
Responsible for Sharepoint archives.  Subject matter
expert on data management and storage systems.  
Participates in Continuous Improvement events
representing technology solutions.  Creates web site
surveys and performance; performs analysis on survey
data.  Maintains and updates data published to the
Technical Services web site.   Interfaces with technical
editors, Maintenance Programs Department and authors
of company produced manuals to coordinate publication of
manuals and data to web site.  Provides assistance to
publication and audit of FileNet documents.  Reviews new
technologies for website improvement and implements
changes to allow for greater website potential. Designs
and develops manuals and documents for publication and
customer use.

Candidates must have excellent logical thinking,
interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills,
organizational and planning skills. Must also have the
ability to work effectively as part of a team and the ability to
concisely present work. This position may require
occasional travel. Ability to work overtime on short notice or
when operationally necessary. Must be able to read, write,
fluently speak and understand the English language.

Education:  High School Diploma or GED equivalent;
some college preferred.

Experience:  Proficiency with DreamWeaver, PhotoShop,
SharePoint Designer, Teamsite, Microsoft Visio, HTML and
Microsoft Access.  Knowledge of Performance Point and
Continuous Improvement.  Understanding of networks and
servers/web servers also necessary.
