DESCRIPTION: CABIN MANAGER for TAG Aviation Geneva

Mission :
Responsible for the management (recruitment,
development & supervision) of all Flight Attendants
(both permanent and freelance) in order to ensure a
safe, efficient and gentle operation.

Specific responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise Cabin and Freelance Crew

- Resourcing and recruiting F/A according to TAG
standards & owners requirements

- Ensuring TAG Flight Attendants are properly trained
and qualified before undertaking Commercial Flights
as per the TAG Aviation Operations Manual and
Training Syllabus; including Silver Service Manual &
Syllabus

- Ascertaining and managing the client expectations
for Flight Attendant, assisting with the delivery of new
aircraft during the start-up process, specifically:

·         Agreeing  the cabin and galley specifications
with owner

·         Purchasing equipment and supplies for the
initial set up

·         Stocking

·         Overseeing initial flights for owners

- Flight Attendant, Flight Attendant instructor in-flight
and on the ground

- Compliance with regulatory requirements. Update of
manuals including OM A

- Monitoring expenses claims, mobile phone bills and
freelance invoices for Flight Attendant

- Coordination for the uniforms supply for TAG S.A

- Being part of the European F/A Management Team
and participate to transversal European projects to
harmonize Cabin process.

Requirements:
- Able to work and interact with all levels of staff, team
spirit

- Know how to conduct an interview and presentation

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Five years of flight attendant professional experience

Good knowledge of F&B

Fluent in French and English written and verbal
communication, and other languages an asset

Computer skills, MS Office
