Assoc Consultant- Aviation Co- Pilot- FDE
Gulfstream IV First Officer
This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration of 2- 3 years renewable on a 12 month basis.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
• Maintain currency / recent flight experience of all required licenses • Coordinate activities with Captain, providing input to enhance the safety of operation • Accept direction from Captain to accomplish all necessary flight requirements • Act as pilot flying at the discretion of the Captain • Accomplish aircraft preflight inspection prior to aircraft pre-trip briefing • Maintain aircraft navigational charts and maps • Assure maximum safety and comfort for all passengers and crewmembers • Conduct flight operations in accordance with international, federal, state, local and corporate regulations / policies • Complete assignments assigned by the Chief Pilot • Maintain increasing level of aviation knowledge and proficiency commensurate with experience Maintain a professional manner reflected by dress, attitude and courtesy
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree
• Certificates and Ratings: Airline Transport License: Airplane Multi-Engine Land FAA First Class Medical FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Education: Flight Time: Total Time: 3,000 P.I.C.: 1,000 Turbine: 1,000 Multi- Engine: 1,500 **P.I.C. refers to Captain/Aircraft Commander of Record only** • Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H- 1B or TN status) for this position
Additional Skills/ Preferences:
• G-IV Type Rating and experience preferred • Must be willing to work a very flexible schedule with travel
