Responsible for the design and development of professional development training programs to support corporate initiatives
Requirements
Possess a recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioural Psychology/Human Resource Development/Management/or equivalent Possess Certificate in Training Practice and/or Certificate in TESL are required At least 5 years experience in Professional Development training. Working experience in the aviation industry is an advantage Understanding of leadership development processes and required training Experience as a corporate leadership and management trainer strongly preferred. High comfort level working in a diverse environment Able to travel as when it is required Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers Knowledge of adult learning theories and practices Must be able to inspire, coach and mentor trainees Possess good leadership skills Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge and experience in: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint; Windows Operating System. Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
