Description
The SEP Instructor will be responsible to ensure the highest
standards of Safety & Emergency Procedures training, which
corresponds with Qatar Civil Aviation requirements, are delivered
through the professional design and delivery of SEP training
courses, which encourage and stimulate the learning process in
order to develop individual Flight Crew and Cabin Crew job
competency. The candidate will be required to provide practical
training in the training devices as well as on board the aircraft and
assist in the development of lesson plans with a view to encourage
and stimulate the learning process for crewmembers.
Candidates must be educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent.
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a
cabin crew with at least one year as a qualified SEP Instructor with
a comparable airline.The applicants should poses a good
understanding of Aviation Safety and should possess high
proficiency in PC based applications (Microsoft Word & Power
Point) and data management. Effective communication skills in
English and excellent inter-personal skills are essential. Completion
of Train the Trainer course and / or experience in training in a
multi-cultural environment will be preferred.
