Description
Based at the Montreal Customer Training Center, the Customer
Training Analyst, New Aircraft Programs will support new and
related aircraft certification and Entry Into Service (EIS) by:

•Supporting of aircraft programs related to flight and maintenance
Training programs
•Participating in the drafting of Vendor Contract and Suppliers'
Requirements Document (SRD) related to training courseware and
training aids
•Overseeing of vendor deliverables and report of compliance
•Representing the Training group at Aircraft Program and
Engineering meetings
•Liaising with Marketing, Engineering and Aircraft Programs to
support Customer Training
•Planning and executing operational evaluations for new and
existing aircraft programs
•Supporting engineering and training in resolving aircraft life cycle
management issues as related to flight and maintenance training
programs

Qualifications

You have a relevant College Degree related to aviation and five
(5) years minimum experience as a pilot or aviation technician.
Pilot or AME license and /or instructional background would be an
asset.

You also have demonstrated project management skills and
working knowledge of MS Project. Comprehensive MS Word and
detailed knowledge of MS PowerPoint is essential. You possess a
very good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and
written.

Finally you have the ability to foster communication and teamwork,
while exhibiting a level of commitment, professionalism, and
judgment commensurate with Bombardier Behavior Appraisal
Criteria.
