The primary responsibility is to make sure that safety and security regulations on aircrafts are strictly followed and ensure comfort and satisfaction or airline passengers.
* Diploma in Cabin Crew Training or in Public Relations * KCSE - Minimum of C+ * Fluent in English and knowledge of a second language * Two years experience in customer service, travel & tourism, nursing or hotel industry will be an added advantage * Computer knowledge desirable
* Minimum age 21 years and in excellent health * A smart appearance is essential and visible tattoos or body piercing are not permitted. * Height of not less than 158 cms and weight proportion with height and be physically fit with good vision, hearing, and clear speaking voice. * Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with high personal integrity and emotional intelligence.
* Direct & assist passengers in the event of an emergency * Check to ensure that beverages & snacks, reading material, emergency equipment and other supplies are aboard and are in adequate supply. * Provide First Aid * Assist passengers while entering and disembarking the aircraft * Answer passengers general questions
