| DESCRIPTION: |
Bookajet, Europe`s leading executive jet charter and
management company, are currently recruiting for a
Ground Operations Manager (Postholder) to run their
Farnborough-based Operations Department.
Key responsibilities:
•Day to day management of the daily flying programme
and Ops team, ensuring that the programme is operated
according to AOC regulations
•Overseeing the flight watch of all Company aircraft
movements
•Close liaison with all company departments, third party
suppliers and contractors in order to deliver a safe and
efficient flying programme
•Coordination of all flight dispatch processes including
flight planning, flight folder production, overflight and
landing permits, handling/catering/HOTAC, fuel,
customs/immigration, weather/NOTAMS etc
•Production of Operations Manual and associated
regulatory documentation

Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years in a Senior Operations (or similar)
role preferably with Form 4 approval.
•Comprehensive knowledge of aviation-related IT
systems, especially PPS and CTA-FOS Extensive
worldwide flight-planning experience (including ETOPS)
•Previous experience of Operations Manual and
associated regulatory documentation production
•Willingness to work evenings/weekends on rotation
