Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Corporate Aviation department has an immediate opening for a First Officer. The First Officer (pilot) will report to the Aviation Operation Director/Chief Pilot, as well as the Captain of each flight. The ideal candidate is both a self-starter and a team player that possesses a strong, service-oriented work ethic.
This position is based out of the Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.
Responsibilities include: • Assist the Captain with discharging safety responsibilities to assure safety of all flights • Provide excellent customer service to flight passengers • Perform duties as assigned during both flight preparation and in flight • Assume the duties of the Pilot-in-Command in the event that the captain is incapacitated • Follow all FARs and Enterprise policies pertinent to assigned duties • Update publications and enter flight data as needed • Manipulate the controls on a regular basis • Supervise refueling and servicing of the aircraft and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the aircraft as needed • Maintain current navigation manuals and charts • Review ship papers to ascertain factors such as load weight, fuel supply, weather conditions, flight route, and schedule
Minimum Qualifications include: • Pilot licensing as an airline transport pilot, airplane multi-engine land. • Capable of receiving and maintaining a First Class FAA Medical certificate • Experience including a minimum of 3,500 total flight hours; 1,500 multi-engine hours; 500 turbine (turboprop or jet) flight hours; and five years aviation employment in corporate, airline or related fields • Ability to demonstrate understanding of regulations and basic computer skills
Preferred qualifications: • Gulfstream G-IV, G-V, G-450/550 experience • Honeywell Epic Cockpit experience • Recent flight experience, including instrument proficiency check (IPC) • Experience in multi pilot aircrew operations in passenger transport • Bachelor's degree • FCC radio license (international operations) • International operations training, international flight experience • Type rating or equivalent • Turbine PIC time
