| DESCRIPTION: |
* Observe and practice all safety policies and procedures
* Ensure that customer and airline requirements and procedures
are performed in a safe, secure, and timely manner
* Operate heavy, motorized machinery/equipment to move baggage,
cargo, and cater to and from customer aircraft and guide aircraft
into and out of the terminal areas by communicating with pilots
* Provide exceptional customer service
Required Skills:
* High School graduation or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Excellent customer relationship skills required
* Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written
* Knowledge of simple arithmetic
* Possess and maintain valid state driver’s license
* Ability to perform line service operations outside and in
extreme temperatures and inclement weather
* Requires frequent walking
* Requires stretching, bending, and climbing
* Excellent vision and coordination to move or direct aircraft
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
