Commuting - 11 consecutive days off at home each month

Korean Air is a leading commuting contract for expat pilots,
with over 400 pilots from throughout
the globe on contract. Korean Air has worked with
Rishworth Aviation since 1996 to source expat
Captains and First Officers for the A330, B737-NG, B777
and B744. Rishworth is the leading
recruitment agency for Korean Air with a large number of
pilots on contract. These pilots are able
to share their experience and advice with you before your
screening and start on contract.

A330 Minimum Requirements:
Positions available for PIC and FO, Type Rated and Non-
Type Rated

Captains:
500+ PIC hours on A330
2,000 + total jet PIC airline transport hours
5,000 + total jet airline transport hours
Flown on A330 as PIC within the last 24 months
More than 4 years experience as a First Officer (can be non-
consecutive)
Under 58 years of age at date of joining  

First Officer:
300+ hours on A330
1,000+ total airline transport hours
Flown on A330 within the last 12 months
Under 45 years of age at date of joining
First Officers must hold a College or University
Degree/Diploma (minimum 2 year course)  

Captains (NTR) (Experience on type not required)
500+ PIC hours on A320/A340
2000+ total PIC airline transport hours
Flown on A320/340 as PIC within the last 1 year plus any
commercial jet flight experience within
3 months
Under 58 years of age at date of joining

First Officers NTR (Experience on type not required)

500+ hours on A320/340
1,000+ total jet airline transport hours
Flown on A320/340 within the last 1 year and any
commercial jet flight experience within 3
months

First Officers must hold a College or University
Degree/Diploma (minimum 2 year course)

If successful at screening you will need to arrange and pay
for your own A330 type rating.

B777 Minimum Requirements

Flown on B777 within the last 12 months

3,000+ total jet PIC airline transport hours

Degree/Diploma (minimum 2 year course)

If successful at screening you will need to arrange and pay
for your own B777 type rating

B747-400 Minimum Requirements

Captains:
500+ PIC hours on B747-400
3,000+ total jet PIC airline transport hours
7,000+ total jet airline transport hours
Flown on B747-400 as PIC within the last 24 months
Under 58 years of age at date of joining  

First Officers:
300+ hours on B747-400
2,000+ total jet airline transport hours
Flown on B747-400 within the last 12 months
Under 45 years of age at date of joining
First Officers must hold a College or University
Degree/Diploma (minimum 2 year course)
No more than 3 changes in airline within the last 5 years
(some exceptions may be accepted)  

B737 NG Minimum Requirements

First Officer:
300+ hours on B737NG
1,000+ total jet airline transport hours
Flown on B737NG within the last 12 months
Under 45 years of age at date of joining
First Officers must hold a College or University
Degree/Diploma (minimum 2 year course)
