Description
The Front of House Manager works within the Qatar
Airways Premium Terminal at Doha International Airport
and is responsible organizing and coordinating activities
within the premium terminal front of house areas including
reception desks, check in, transfer desk, departure
facilities and spa, boarding and arrival. The Front of
House Manager ensures that a first class standard of
service is provided at all times across the entire terminal
by supervising staff and providing on the job training or
performance coaching, managing passenger issues,
organizing team resources, and coordinating activities.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a front of house or guest services
role within a premium hospitality or service environment
- Previous experience of successful team leadership,
management and motivation preferably within premium
hospitality, airline or airport operations
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on providing
excellent customer service
- Strong organization and problem solving skills
- A good standard of written and spoken English language
skills
